14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • All original contents must be intact and unused
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To request a return, contact us at info@72survive.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product and applicable EU and Lithuanian law:

  • Food and nutrition items — once the packaging seal is broken, food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(d))
  • Electrical and electronic components — items that have been opened, connected, or used cannot be returned
  • Complete survival kits/bags — if the bag has been opened and any individual item used or removed, the entire kit is non-returnable
  • Sale items — items purchased at a discounted price

If only part of the kit is defective, please contact us — we will assess each case individually.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As required by EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, provided the items are unopened and in original sealed packaging.

To exercise this right, notify us at info@72survive.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@72survive.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
